I implore You to be a shield and protector for the righteous and innocent when they are unjustly condemned or targeted, and to dismantle the schemes of those who conspire against truth and justice. Glorious God, I glorify You as my impregnable stronghold and my unwavering rock of refuge, a shelter in every storm. I confess my tendency to seek security in temporary sources or human assurances, rather than consistently making You my primary refuge, especially after the fragility of human connections has been exposed through betrayal. I pray for a deep and abiding sense of Your presence as my ultimate refuge and stronghold, finding unwavering solace in Your steadfastness. I choose daily to run to You for safety and security. Just and Holy God, I adore You, for Your final word ensures that all evil ultimately consumes itself. I confess my human desire for immediate, visible retribution, sometimes struggling with the patience required to trust Your perfect timing for justice against those who inflict harm. I ask for unwavering faith in Your ultimate justice, trusting that You will bring every hidden wrong into account and that the evil plans of the wicked will indeed be their undoing, freeing me from the burden of seeking personal revenge. I rest completely in Your sovereign power and righteous judgment. Amen.
