Liberating God, I humbly pray, 'Keep Your servant also from willful sins; may they not rule over me. Then I will be blameless, innocent of great transgression.' I confess, Lord, the struggle with patterns of behavior I know are unhealthy or wrong – be it excessive screen time, unhelpful emotional reactions, or destructive coping mechanisms – and despite wanting change, I often feel trapped. Grant me Your divine strength to break free from these cycles, to resist willful choices that diminish me, and to live with greater purpose, integrity, and self-control. I yield to Your power to deliver me from what holds me back. Amen.

Verse 14:
My Rock and my Redeemer, I pray that these words of my mouth and this meditation of my heart be pleasing in Your sight, Lord. I confess to careless words spoken in haste, and to anxious or unholy thoughts that sometimes dominate my inner world, impacting my outlook and peace. Cultivate within me a spirit of thoughtful communication, Lord, speaking kindly, truthfully, and constructively. Purify my inner thoughts, replacing anxiety with Your peace. You are my ultimate source of unwavering strength and stability, especially in times of crisis or overwhelming change. I yield my entire being to You, my steadfast anchor. Amen.
